Ethics is most important at HCHS and this is why we have become a Member of the peak body, the Boating Industry Association Victoria (BIAVic). This entails committing to its extensive Code of Ethics.

The HCHS Sales Office is located on the Lake’s edge, at the largest Marina Complex on Lake Eildon, at the Eildon Boat Club. We will be complementing the services it provides to its Members and their guests as well as servicing all marinas on Lake Eildon. The HCHS Sales Office will have extensive window display boards for houseboats listed with HCHS. HCHS has an extensive window display of listings outside the Foodworks Supermarket in the Eildon Shopping Centre.

As part of the professional package provided by HCHS to give all its clients confidence to deal with HCHS, it has extensive Public Liability and Public Indemnity Insurance with Nautilus Marine Insurance through Griffiths Goodall Brokers. This covers all of our operations as well as Houseboat Valuations.
